Referral sources
Website views and visitors are not the same as social views. The two channels are reported separately.
The website
Ryan built the Cross Keys website around the opening of the business. It is still in use today, a practical digital front door rather than a short-lived launch piece.
The objective was never to build something that looked good for six months and then needed replacing. Cross Keys needed a straightforward digital home customers could continue using as the venue developed.
The site supports people looking for useful information about the venue, and keeps a consistent online presence as the pub’s week unfolds.

Social media
Murdo has supported Cross Keys social media continuously for around four years, regular Facebook content, updates, events, promotions, and community-facing communication.
The point is not occasional campaign activity. It is showing up, week after week, so customers have a consistent reason to see and engage with the venue online.
Google · search · reputation
The relationship goes beyond social media. We helped put the core Google infrastructure around the business in place.
Helping customers find the venue and access useful business information through Google.
Connecting the website into Google’s search ecosystem so the business can see its search presence.
Keeping the website, business profile and wider digital presence working together rather than as disconnected pieces.
Great reviews are earned by the team running the business. Our job is to make sure the digital foundations exist for customers to find the business, experience it and share that experience publicly.

Design · community
When Cross Keys needed World Cup merchandise, INHOUSE designed the Cupar Tartan Army badge, Scotland, Miami, Boston, for t-shirts sold through the pub.
The shirts were part of a fundraising initiative supporting Age Concern Cupar. A local campaign, for a local cause, designed in-house rather than sent out as a separate job.
It is a good example of the relationship extending beyond conventional digital work into design, hospitality and community activity.
Cross Keys shows what INHOUSE is designed for: useful work at the beginning, consistent support afterwards, and people who are there when the business needs something new.
