More Than Three Years Of Working Together.
Ceteris is Scotland’s largest commercial landlord with a social purpose, working across Forth Valley. It is a not-for-profit organisation that reinvests surplus into business growth and jobs, and it delivers Business Gateway services in Clackmannanshire.
Murdo has worked closely with the team for more than three years. For around two of those years that sat inside a wider marketing arrangement, digital and social activity alongside the day-to-day needs of the organisation.
As requirements changed, the relationship evolved rather than simply ending. Today Murdo continues as the Google Ads specialist supporting Ceteris. We do not currently manage every aspect of their marketing.
That is the working model INHOUSE prefers: provide the support a business actually needs at that point in time, rather than forcing it into a fixed package. The close working relationship with Andrea and the wider Ceteris team has been part of that throughout.

Earlier in the relationship the work sat closer to the wider marketing operation, helping Ceteris communicate a commercial property and business-support offering across Forth Valley.
Ryan also produced a dedicated landing page as part of that digital work, giving paid and campaign traffic somewhere specific to land.
INHOUSE did not build the main Ceteris corporate website. That distinction matters. Our work has been marketing support, a landing page, and the Google Ads relationship that continues.
