A Complete Business Transformation.

A new identity, bespoke website, original photography, connected business systems, print and customer touchpoints, all brought together around one growing electrical business.

The project

One Business. Multiple Touchpoints.

A.S. Electrical already had the electrical experience, workmanship and customer reputation. The opportunity was to build a stronger business identity and customer experience around that foundation.

From Identity to Customer Experience.

A stronger identity

The existing mark was redesigned into a cleaner system that could hold together across a website, clothing, print and vehicle branding.

The Website Started Before the Camera Came Out.

The photograph was taken with the page already in mind: Anton’s position, space for copy, the job itself, and the new branding visible on his clothing.

Website development

A Website Built Around Anton’s Business.

One of the most ambitious trades websites INHOUSE has produced. It uses the new identity and the real photography, and it is built around how a customer reaches the business.

Business systems

The Business Behind the Website Matters Too.

INHOUSE set up a more professional connected inbox so Anton could use the new business email without losing messages still being sent through his previous route.

The New Identity, in His Pocket.

The business card carries the new identity, the contact details and a QR code that takes a customer straight to the website.

A Finished Job Should Make the Next One Easier.

Turning completed work into new proof.

After a job, Anton can leave a physical card that asks for a review and gives three QR routes: Facebook, Google and the website. The customer does not have to go and find the business themselves.

INHOUSE created the concept, designed the card, handled the printing and supplied the cards with his business cards.
